I Say Fight Your Traffic Ticket and Every Time!

A Second Way to Fight a Traffic Ticket!
The answer is a Trial by Written Declaration or TBD for short. In a Trial by Declaration, the citizen and the officer don’t have to go to court!
The two parties can send in their statements and a judge will decide the case.
If the citizen loses he still has the right to a court trial or to go to traffic school if eligible!
The TBD forms are very simple. The citizen can get the forms without going to court (online) . Free forms can be downloaded on this website -click here. Fill out and mail into court, You can fight your speeding ticket and win if the officer fails to file his response or if he does not show up for the court trial as the so often fail to do!
Lots of citizens go to trial hoping the officer doesn’t show up, and often they don’t.
If they do show up, only then do you ask for traffic school.
If you “lose” the Trial by Declaration, you still have the right to a court trial.
